TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pre-Appointment Intake Form
Prior to your scheduled appointment, we will send you an intake form via email. Please ensure this form is filled out and submitted before your visit to help us tailor the service to your needs.
 
Deposit
A deposit payment is non-refundable, but it can be applied to your next appointment if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
 
Eye Sensitivity & Allergies
If you have any known sensitivities or allergies, particularly related to your eyes, please inform us upon your arrival.
 
Reporting Lash Issues
Should you experience any issues or excessive lash shedding, please notify us within 72 hours to be eligible for a complimentary touch-up. After this period, additional fees will apply.
 
Being on Time
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, we will do our best to assist you, but please be aware that we may not be able to continue with the treatment. Please inform us by calling +31 6 10983982. 
 
If an appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, we will charge 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to pay this fee results in the inability to book future appointments with us.
 
Appointment Cancellation: If you arrive 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be lost. Arriving on time is crucial, as the full session time is necessary to complete the service and to prevent delays for subsequent clients.

Changing or Canceling Appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance through the link provided in your confirmation email. If not rescheduled within this window, your deposit will be lost, and a new appointment along with a new deposit will be required.

No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation: No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a fee of  100% of the treatment cost. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.

Prepping for Your Appointment
Arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oils. Please ensure that no residue from mascara, concealer, foundation, eyeliner, or lash glue is present.

If you are not happy with your service, please let us know before leaving the appointment. We will work to resolve the issue or offer a free lash removal if necessary.
 
Refill Appointments
To qualify for an infill, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions intact, and it should be within 2 to 3 weeks since your last appointment. If less than 40% of your lashes remain, a full set will be required. In such cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment or perform a full set (time permitting) and charge the full set price.

No Additional Guests
For a relaxing and focused atmosphere, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, as no additional guests are permitted.

By making an appointment, you are confirming your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
